Search Engine Optimization
SEO or search engine optimization is a constantly evolving field that at its very core revolves around improving a site's accessibility and ultimate relevance to search engines.
The number of moving parts and critical components involved in positioning a website---or better, a single page for a single keyword---for search engine relevance can be dizzying. As the web evolves and competition jockeys for poll position (employing often less than ethical methods), so changes the search engine algorithm for measuring site relevance. On one hand, this moving target, designed to keep the playing field fair, is in fact steadily improving the end user’s search relevance. And on the other hand, honest relevant sites that haven’t kept up with this 90 mile/hr target get buried among millions of sites never to be found.

Search engine optimization is at the core of our site development. We don’t design for design sake. In other words, what’s the value of a purely slick looking site if no one can find it? Now that’s not to say a properly built, rock solid site can’t also be a piece of modern art. The process just needs to start from an SEO perspective.
Modern search engine optimization is not merely the tweaking of meta tags and page titles. SEO takes into consideration code structures and search robots, keyword density and the user experience, among many other factors.
